Shipping Policy

1. Production and Processing Time

As all products are individually manufactured using 3D printing, shipping begins only after production has been completed.

The standard production and processing time is usually 3 to 7 business days, depending on the size, quantity, and complexity of the order.

Large, complex, or high-volume orders may require additional production time. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

The stated production time does not include the delivery time of the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Zones, Delivery Times, and Shipping Costs

Germany

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1 to 3 business days

  • Shipping costs: €5.99 or €8.99, depending on the size and weight of the shipment

  • Free shipping may be available for selected orders, products, or promotional offers

European Union

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3 to 7 business days

  • Shipping costs: €9.99 or €13.99, depending on the size and weight of the shipment

  • Free shipping may be available for selected orders, products, or promotional offers

International Shipping Outside the European Union

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7 to 14 business days

  • Shipping costs: €15.99 or €19.99, depending on the destination country, size, and weight of the shipment

  • Free shipping may be available for selected orders, products, or promotional offers

The final shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

All stated delivery times are estimates and apply after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Where available for the selected shipping method, the email will include a tracking number or tracking link that allows you to monitor the current status of your shipment.

4. Correct Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

Should you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at arxeon.official@gmail.com. Changes to the shipping address are only possible before the order has been dispatched.

We cannot accept responsibility for additional costs, delays, or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

5. Products Damaged During Shipping

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery at:

Please provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the damage

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the internal and external packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label, where applicable

Please keep the damaged product and all packaging materials until the matter has been resolved. We will review the damage and inform you of the next steps.

This damage-reporting request does not limit your statutory warranty rights or consumer rights.

6. Customs Duties and Import Charges

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient. The amount of any charges depends on the laws and regulations of the destination country.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by customs inspections or import procedures.

7. Unclaimed or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the required period, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipping.

Individually manufactured or customized products may not be suitable for resale due to their customer-specific production. The customer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.
